Open Outlook Express and click on Tools > Accounts  |
Select the "Mail" tab, then select Add > Mail
 |
Type in the Display name that you want people to see when
they receive an email from you. Then click "Next"  |
Type in your email address, then select "Next"
 |
Fill in the mail server names: Incoming (pop.hvi.net) and Outgoing (smtp.hvi.net)  |
Enter your email address as the Account Name, enter your password, click "Remember Password" and then click "Next"  |
Click "Finish" and you're done!  |
